Core Activities:
1. Develop and implement effective legal compliance program, assist Legal&Compliance Department to do risk control and compliance investigation.
2. Establish compliance standards and designs improvements to internal control structures.
3. Evaluate the existing data protection framework and identify areas of non or partial compliance and rectify any issues
4. Design training plans and provide data protection advice and support for the Company.
5. Draft new and amend existing internal policies, guidelines, and procedures, in consultation with key stakeholders.
6. Track and report on developments in legislation and case law related to the Company’s business.
7. All other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
1. Must have at least 5 years of experience in a multi-national company and/or a reputable law firm.
2. Strong legal analytical skills, based on facts and applicable legal rules.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of all substantive areas of law relevant to the Company’s activities.
4. Must possess strong drafting&negotiation skills both in Chinese and English.
5. Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the Company.
6. Must have the spirit of teamwork.
